—  lack of good values

—  evil actions arising from unfairness/selfishness

—  stupidity in thought and/or actions

—  belonging to lowqual groups

 

lowqual group  —  special interest group of low quality

Reason:

—  group whose purpose(s) is against the benefit of society as a whole

—  evil actions arising from unfairness/selfishness

—  are disruptive to society

—  cloud the issue with their inane actions and speech

—  composed of lowqual individuals

 

NOTE:  The rich and business are NOT lowquals or a lowqual group.
